Yes it is illegal and you should report it. However, you would have to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was "bribery" and not a "gift"! Corporate America and our politicians have pretty much covered their asses when it comes to that!
And to the idiot that wrote about "corporate thugs" -how absolutely ludicrious is that!

Holland allows for bribery when company's do business in Africa. However most bribes are seen as corporate gifts. If it is to the determent of the company then report it. What is the company policy on such actions. If the company is a listed company on the stock exchange then it is illegal. Just remember that this can blow your position in the company. If a person is taking money for added business for a second party at the expense of the company then do it. Best you get some one else to send a e-mail from another country to blow the thing sky high. Just remember that depending on the business you can be in serious danger. Corporate types are very funny. I did the same last year and I had a very nasty experience happen. Good luck my friend. Let me know if you need help.

Bribery is a funny thing; I mean it oils the wheels of buisness *everywhere* in the world, and I even gave chocolates to my College Tutor when I passed with awesome grades. It's illegal, I think, when it's connected to the bigger crime of disrimination [like giving someone unfair treatment].
If they treat you well at this firm then say nothing. If they treat you bad then get out. Allways keep quiet.

It is very illegal and I would advise you to not report it to anyone. People in the corporate world have been killed for less. Corporate thugs do really exist.
