I had a big pimple on my nose and it started to heal but now it just leaves a big red mark there. It's seems like a scare or something but how do I get rid of it?

Go to the Clinique counter and ask them for their acne scar treatment cream. It will get rid of the mark.

toothpaste relieves light scarring. Put it on before you go to bed or once you know you are in for the night. If that fails after a week or so try vitamin e oil.

I'd try Avon's Anew clinical Laser. It's done wonders for my formerly blotchy face.
