Is there some legal way?? After all, you have to be an American citizen in order to hold the office of President.

And this approach would save us all the expense of impreachment and a trial.

(And he STILL could be tried later on as a war criminal and either imprisoned for decades and decades, or perhaps even executed if convicted of the really serious stuff!!)

Impeachment is the "grand jury" portion of the process. If the bill is found "true", then the next step is a trial, then sentencing if found guilty. I suppose there could even be an appeal to the USSC--and ALL THIS COSTS MONEY AND W HAS ALREADY CONSUMED ENOUGH OF OUR TAXDOLLARS.

That's why I think a simple suit in some small claims or justice-of-the-peace court could wrap the whole thing up for, say, $50 and we'd be "shed" of the cretin.

Impeachment is a trial by the legislative body presided oner by the judicial branch. It is a trial.

He could be removed from office at that point. The next president would have the responsibility for procsecuting him using the attorney general

Clinton was MUCH worse! If he wasn't impeached, than nothing is going to happen to Bush either. Anyway...allot of the mess got dumped on Bush's lap by Clinton's Administration anyway; Clinton was about the worst president (next to Carter) ever! All he done was mess up things and womanizer/playboy!

I don't agree with all the Bush does, no. But with all that has happened..911, the ship getting bombed (in which my county, a woman that was on that ship lived here died, while serving her country), etc...allot has happened that didn't happen while Clinton was in office. So Bush has had allot more to deal with than Clinton. I am glad he has men/woman out to protect us from terriost. SOMEONE needs to...duh!? I don't understand why people dog him so much. All this mess is NOT his. Clinton brought allot of this on himself by doing a sorry job. The only thing I do not like is I think he needs to control the boarders better and not allow immigrants to come in and allow employees to hire them. I don't agree to that.
But no one is perfect...ok....man! Any president in office, someone, somewhere is going to run there mouth about this or that because of this or what ever. No one is ever satisfied!

Do you even know what a war criminal is? This type of rhetoric is really getting old. You should do some research on war criminals before making such accusations. I would like to revoke your citizenship for your seditious speech.

Sorry. He was elected by a majority of the electoral college. He was already a citizen when elected. Nobody can be un-elected - except in California!

Haha, no. That would be even more difficult than impeaching him.

You've also got to remember that there are a heckuva lot of Republicans out there, especially in Congress. That's probably a very good reason why he hasn't been impeached already.

No. One's citizenship cannot be revoked just because they are unpopular, nor can he be impeached for the same reason. Our system just doesn't work that way. Sorry

Are you ******* crazy????!!!!!!!!! Revolt our President's citizenship? Are you a US citizen? If yes, then get whomever you desire elected to office - it is an open and free system.

How dare you speak as if it is a given that the President should be exported.

Run for office, brilliant one!
