Best way is to expand your contacts. Always keep your boss happy with your work and oily tongue. When you have a lot of contacts at higher levels or at your peer level, it would be damn easy for you.

Analyse yourself- what kind of job you like the most.
Check your communication skills - you may think you are good. Take an assessment or check with some freiends with HR background
Now coming to jobs:
1. Referrals work very well now-a-days. If any of your friends are employed and they are good in their work, their referral works a magic.
2. Try, Parents, frieds contacts
3. Apply for the advertisements in Newspapers, Internet etc.
4. Look around for companies that entertain walk-ins.
5. Never sit at home, without a job. Look around if some company is willing to employ you, even if they do not pay (or do not pay much) - experience counts.
6. Never manipulate the resume. Even if you get a job due to manipulated resume, if the company comes to know about that, you will get pink slip.

apply only for those jobs where you know there is an opening.
have a relative pull you in.
Make sure your resume has all the references, names, dates, places, addresses, phone numbers, website links, your phone number and address and cell (keep your recorder on if you're not going to be available to answer it). Remember to dress well (no tennis shoes, no jewelry in piercings, no tattoos showing, Use your best English.
You may be interviewed twice, wear something different to each of the interviews and when you first apply, and make sure the clothes you wear are ironed. When you go home after the interview write them a note of thank you and tell them you're interested in the job. After you think that thank you arrived, call and ask about that job and if it has been filled yet.

Work hard,think better,select your field,accept honestly to get your job, you will find a good comfort after getting a job and maintain the same.
Easiest ways are many but hardest way is only one. Work hard.

1.u should be clear of wat u really want
2.be confident
3.try sincerely
there is no substitute except hard work...the best job getting
tricks i know r hard work,zeal to achieve wat u want,confidence
