I am an Indian.I want to know the universities that give 100% scholarship abroad.?

I want info abt universities granting scholarships in Europe,America,Australia etc etc for my PG.I am a B.A English Literature student.Kindly help!

100% scholarships are given to super genius students. Normal scholarships are not more than 60%.
Unless you are a super genius, forget abt 100%, expect no more than 60-70%.

I don't know of any university who gives 100% scholarships to international students for their undergraduate degrees, unless you have absolutely stellar qualifications.
