It's definitely Tubthumping [I Get Knocked Down] by Chumbawamba. Classic song, catchy tune...The band's name may be misspelled in places as 'Chumbawumba'.

I heard this collection of Irish drinking songs that I thought were really good that my friend owns as all of us friends all were drinking and wouldn't you know it the songs got better with the more beer or wine we had!
