There are a few options available:
1. It might take a very long time & a big effort but it is worth it. Try to get the addresses of all persons named 'Rajeev Sharma' from the telephone directory and then from enquiry you may get the address as well. Not a complete solution as the person you are looking for may not be with BSNL/MTNL.
2. Cell One offers dating solutions for Cell users by way of search options.
3. Search on net for the name. He might be having some reference by way of his name on the website of the company he works for or for that matter any other organisation he is associated with. You may contact that organisation to track him.

go to the website of mtnl . You may find a link there where u can find the changed adress or the new phone number just by typing his name and old adress.

seems something strange. Did he not inform you about the change of address? Can't you go to the old address and ask the new incumbents or neighbours for his new address? does he not have a business address? phone numbers? mobile numbers? e-mail id? what the hell work you have with him by only having his name? don't you know anyone else knows him? try your work with someone else with whom you are in proper contact. hallo fend,u want to MR Rajieev Sharma new address .OK no problem .if you know his web address then try to contact him.If this not possible then you go on to his old address and ask some person I think its not a hard work for you if this not gives any result then you try in indiatimes.com chika mobile service .in this side you will get a chika mobile service just you download it and connect to chikka on your computer and log in your personal name and password then you just go on tools>invites>search for a register chika then you just type his name I think this is a simple way to find .

Why do not you go to the old place and ask persons there somebody must be having his address,may be any of the old friends.And sometimes the person gives address to the neighbours so that they may be able to redirect their mail.

Do you have his photo ? Then you can go to police & lodge complaint that he is missing. They will try to find out. Or give his photo in TV chennels with message.
