Okay, so I should have said When you're home alone, do you lock all of your doors to your residence before you take a shower.....or something like that..you know what I mean...

Heck yes, especially if you live on the first floor, all your doors and windows should be locked all the time... although I live on a third floor apartment, I still lock my main door even when I'm not in the shower. The locks are there, why not use them?

i live in a area where we rarely lock the doors period..yes america theres still such places... the only time i lock a door is when i take a bath ,, to keep the kids out of the bathroom and i can have some peace for 10 minutes

I lock all my doors and windows whether I am alone or not. I'll be damned if someone is breaking into my house. It will be the last thing they ever do!

Yes, definitely lock them all up...the neighbor kids like to walk right in for a visit if the doors are unlocked & I certainly don't wish to give them a peep show!

any time i am inside my house my doors are locked especially if i am in the shower. i even lock my doors if i go into my neighbors house. so i guess i lock my doors even when I'm out of my house.and of course when i go somewhere.

my doors are always locked from the moment I get home til I leave, then I lock the door because I'm gone.
I think I'm paranoid . . .
