Why is it a great pleasure for some to critisize people for their spelling on a PUBLIC question site? To call someone stupid for missed spelling is ignorance isnt it? When you go to a public board shouldnt you expect all kinds of people from all kinds of educational backgrounds? Shouldnt you come prepared to answer questions on a question board with empithy (no spell check ) instead of worrying about the spelling? After all if we all where perfect and knew all the answers we wouldnt be on here.....right?

I don't care if the words are miss-spelled as long as I am able to understand the question. Other wise I move on to the next question or ask them if they could explain it better cause I am having a hard time understanding their question.

Yes, and I do not really care about spelling. I care a lot more about people asking quality questions and answer with quality advice. I also think that people do need to make sense when asking questions.

what i don't understand is why don't people use spell check top of the box I guess it's because the spelling is so bad spell check can't find a word to match. people have slang words they use that we don't use. for a while i thought is this what our teachers are teaching fire them but then these kids are just useing there slang and i just try to understand it

there is a spell check option to eliminate the spelling errors,try using that , i always use that as i am poor with spellings but none of my spellings go wrong.

I agree whole heatedly.. seems when some of us type a lil dif, by using slang or abbreviations, ppl say we are stupid and uneducated.. wow mean ppl sux

Well first of all, if you go to physical public bulletin board... you'll see that everything is spelled correctly except for maybe words in Ebonics. It's annoying to see people type like they text. for example:
"It annoin 2 c ppl type lik day text"
