See your doctor first off.
But some other suggestions for sleep:
Get up on time every morning including weekends.
Go to bed at the same time consistantly but not before you feel tired.
Don't exercise late in the day
Avoid alcohol
Keep the lights bright when you're up, and completely dark at bedtime.
Don't watch TV in bed. Make it a place only for sleep.
Assemble your thoughts in a journal or something before bed, but leave them behind when you hit the pillow.
These are just good sleeping habits I've read about, but you may need a doctor's help if you have developed a serious addiction.

The ice we skate is getting pretty thin
The waters getting warm so you might as well swim
My world's on fire how about yours
That's the way I like it and I never get bored
