My parents don't like tattoos, and I don't like them so this is my rebellion.

Depending on where you live... but always one of the best ways to find a good, dependable place is by personal recommendation. Go to a place where other friends have gotten them and have has good results. Check out a few places and see which one feels right and has a good vibe. Or go online (http://local.yahoo.com) and see what places are near you.
Just make sure it's something you can live with. But I don't think you should do it JUST to make your parents mad... make it something special and meaningful. Maybe something to represent your rebelliousness.

Thats probably not the best reason to get a tattoo. Its a good idea to really consider what it will be like in the future with an unplanned rebellious tattoo -- What might look cool and trendy right now might not be so awesome when you're 70 playing with your grandkids. Try not to make a rash decision about getting a tattoo that will most likely regretted later, whether in the next decade or the next month ...tattoos are very permanent and pretty much no matter where it is on the body someone will see it. Plus what kind of story would that be? "Oh I got mad at my mommy and so I got this lame tattoo when I was younger...." Take your time in deciding about the tattoo, you'll have the rest of your life to get one that has a better meaning to you besides rebelling.

Well I Have 4 tattoo's and my favorite one is the one thats going down my spine its 6 chinese characters That means Do Not Trust Anyone ... but U should get whatever u want so just think about it long and hard so u wont regret it ... i love all of mine and will never regret them but i also love tattoos and im addicted and want more ... lol Good Luck

If you don't like them than it is ridiculous to get one. They are forever and you will be stuck with it just to make a point to your parents.....messed up you shouldn't get one. And if you do go to a tattoo parlor and explain why---if the artist is a good one he will most likely not do it.

at a tattoo parlor. Try for one u like you'll have it a long time ..,
the only other place is jail and jail house tattooes are always ink color only and not usually that pretty ...

Where ever you decide to go, make sure they use clean or new needles! To to a reputable place, check w/ people you know that have tatoos. Go to a place that has a lot of business, make sure they have their city license up to date! You need to check prices..tatoos are expensive!! When you decide have it put somewhere you can see w/ out taking yer clothes off or you have to look in a mirror to see it!

getting a tattoo because your parents don't want you to is one of the stupidest reason for getting a tattoo. not only that, but you will look stupid to everyone else too.

how old are yer anyway??? old enuf to make yer own choice/desicion?? if yer under 18, then no choice and dont do it then, but if yer an adult, then try to reason with them yer wishes and reasons to get one, i'm sure there are some parents against tatoos, dont blame them and i wont blame them too..anyway, its up to ya...where and what ya should get yer tatoos on...

Tip. Don't get one, there ugly, and there not right. And when your 60 years old, it's sure gonna look funny all sagging down your arm, or wherever you get it.
