I've seen a triple rainbow.

You need a big expanse of sky and a fairly flat area of ground (city) that doesn't get in the way

And you need some clarity of light - difficult in the rain

And you need to make a wish :)

Yes, I have once seen a triple high up in the mountains. I only saw a small part of the third bow where it was against a dark back ground.
You can have any number of rainbows, but as the number increases so they get fainter.

Maybe. I've seen double rainbows and both looked extremely clear. I can see entirely all the 7 colors in them.

But triple. it could happen, probably the 3rd rainbow would be too remote to be visible.

No. There are only two internal reflection patterns inside a water droplet that give rise to useful dispersion. There is, however, an interesting phenomenon called a "glory". If you are in an airplane, flying not too high over clouds, such that the airplane casts a visible shadow on the clouds, you will see pale bands of color surrounding the shadow.

No! Only two Primary and Secondary with reverse colour. The rain drops do have capability to do a third reflection
