At the International Date Line, which is mostly at 180 east (or west) longitude. If you fly from Tokyo to Hawaii, you will cross the date line, and arrive the day before you left.

this may well be a right away effect of what occurs whilst the GOP, for the time of the initiative technique, is able to handcuff a state government, and stop it from elevating mandatory sales. in this style, government gross sales streams may well be depleted, and the GOP can do a "lower back-door" removing of any classes that easily benefit working voters, by potential of claiming that the (cut back-to-the-bone) sales can now not help mentioned classes.

I often travel east fom California. If I leave my home in San Francisco on I-80, I set my watch ahead at the Utah-Nevada border. I set it ahead again about North Platte, Nebraska and again at Gary, Indiana. That covers it in the USA.

You can see a chart of the zones here http://www.worldtimezone.com/
Each hour-zone is r-o-u-g-h-l-y a 1000 mile section of the earth, as measured at the Equator, but the zone lines aren't drawn straight the way the longitudinal lines are.
