quit scratching, point neosporine on the scratches until they heal, then put lotion on ur legs and go running at least three times a week outside in the sun (and keep ur legs shaved ;P )

When I get nervous, I tap my nails. It is a nervous tick. What I would do in your situation is find a new tick. Something that wouldn't be damaging to your legs. Try tapping your nails on a tabletop, massaging the back of your neck, or tapping your foot on the floor. If these don't work try a stress ball. And when you are nervous or anxious get it out and squeeze it. For the legs, try Vaseline after a shower. It will keep your legs looking great and you won't want to scratch them.

OMG! i can totally relate to that, i have the same problem! you should:
1. put lotion on after showering
2. get a tan, with the tanner lotion Clarins with and spf of 6. it the luxurious milk one. REALLY WORKS!!
3. use shimmer lotion from bath and body works--it comes in all of your favorite scents!
or just a little dab of baby oil to get your legs all shiny looking gorgeous (but not too much oil!)
last but not least, i had that weird habit of just scrathing my legs for no reason. if you don't mind short nails, then cut them! also, try wearing longer pants, that cover your legs,
i have nail-mark "scars" on my leg, and used neosporin to get rid of them. also, if you have light skin, the tanner will sort of hide the unfinished healing of your scars. even better, when you apply shimmer lotion or babay oil, light will reflect off of your skin, so you don't see the scars!

i admire donning pantyhose! they do make my legs look super and that i positioned on fairly short skirts or shorts each and every of the time. i'm getting very self huge unsleeping whilst my legs are bare and that i've got faith so humiliated! whilst i want to look and experience decrease priced, I leave my legs bare and make confident that it fairly is quite obtrusive that i'm not donning nylons and positioned on a pair of open toe sandals or maybe worse - turn flops! i individually try this and as quickly as I do I observe all the different women folk with legs that are so classy and good finding of their sheer pantyhose! They do make legs look super and me jealous!

Well, first of all, you have to stop scratching. Get a regular rubber band and put it around your wrist. When you catch yourself scratching....pop it....not hard...just enough for it to sting...then you'll break the habit. My doctor suggested it to me when I was biting my nails. Then keep your legs shaved and use a good lotion. I like Jergens with Shea Butter. :D

I would suggest to put a cream on any Oil of Olay it work's good and it's also for dry skin.And tan alittle bit to get the color in .And last but not least work out and get fit .

i do the salt scrub and body mask 3 times aweek at home and use grape body oil spray every night.
