Could he put Iran, Korea, and any other hot spot, in its place? He was a military genius, there's no denying it, with all the countries he conquered in Europe. When the terriorists hear Hitler telling them to cease fire and lay down their weapons, they don't why, they ask, where!

Good hypothetical question. If Hitler were alive today it would be because the Nazis won the Second World War. The world would be a shambles because the USA would not have given up. Maybe if the USA had not entered the war...then Hitler could have won and the world would probably have less problems now. Any troubles...and it's a little bit of the old ethnic cleansing...no more troubles. The arabs would either have been cleansed by now..or they would still be happily back in the stone age where they belong. I'm guessing cleansed 'cos they are semites after all. All in all it would be the same old crap with different actors anyways.

With conventional armies, using conventional warfare, no military could solve the problem as terrorists are individuals, not massed force as we learned that the guerillas in Vietnam were more effective for the long haul. Sure you can cite the casualties, but truth be know, many of the casualties were victims caught in the fighting. You also forget that the undergound (terrorists or guerillas) did a lot to undermine the Nazis. So Hitler could confront North Korea and demand them to step down...hahaha. You forget that the President of North Korea is determined that his country is free and a threat of invasion would fire the missile...not stop it. Hitler's claim to fame was not being a good leader but he was good at rhetoric...Rommel and others were the men that managed the war while Hitler bombasted people into support of his lunacy.

Hitler was not a military genius. He lost the war remember. And it was due to overextending his forces, willingness to sacrifice as many of his own soldiers as it took, and poor military decisions generally.
His kind of warfare, blitzkrieg, worked brilliantly for its time but fighting terror is a very different thing. The Nazis were constantly fighting terrorist style uprisings, but were never really successful in putting down resistance movements. And the Nazis were as ruthless as the terrorists, and did not care how many civilians they killed. And still their success was limited.
Hitler would simply have dropped nuclear weapons on Iran and North Korea. I don't think that is really the solution, is it? Just think of how many more people there would be in the world screaming for American blood.

Are you kidding??? Militant Muslims were backing Hitler all the way! They LOVED what he did to the Jews! They were fascists back then, just as they are today. "Islamofascism" is a perfectly accurate one-word description of radical Islam, then and now. Did you think it was just a buzzword?
By the way, Hitler was far from being a military genius. He was a blundering maniac. He had excellent generals and soldiers; they won him his victories--when he left them alone. Every single time Hitler took personal command, he blew it. His meddling with the real military commanders is what cost Germany the war.

if i had to choose an military genius i will say Napoleon instead or the strategist Sun-tzu (art of war) from ancient china.
with his political stance, hitler will be the first to be targeted by all the terroists in this world, thus achieving an exact opposite effect of what you stated.

Military genius huh? Then why'd he lose the war? Robert E. Lee was supposed to be a genius too and look what happened. They'll probably say Osama Bin Laden was a military genius one day, or George W. Bush.
