It is high time, US should create the world government to save this planet?

There is no management or government technique in all of humanity that can run the USSR with 450 million people, let alone the entire globe with 6 Billion people. The US government struggles with 250 million, and that's with a concept of limited and decentralized government (at least that's the theory), along with a population that basically shares the same language and culture.

What? Like ours? We still have problems at home to work out before messing around with the rest of the world's issues. We haven't exactly had much success with government building e.g. Iraq, Serbia, NATO, UN, get the point?
