she read it and wants me to see the movie with her but she says i need to read the book but she wont let me read it should i buy another or just ask her nicely

I would check with the city or school library. Maybe you have a friend you can borrow from. Asking nicely is always a good thing. Maybe she's afraid you might damage or loose the book. Assure her that won't be the case and then make sure you take care of the book. Then next time she may not be so reluctant.

just get it from the libruary.
Its a very very good book...i definitly recomend it!!!
