i dont think so, dude!!! it depends on how yer take care of it...i have a nipple ring for 5 years now and no problem...find out more and do a little research before yer decide to get one...

Depends on whose pulling on them or if they snag on something. Don't get them if you ask me if you afraid it might get caught on something and tear your whole nipple off.

Nope they do not.
It depends on how well you take care of it, how sensitive your body is (whether it is more likely to reject the piercing or not) and how it was actually pierced.
