I missed you!!
You complete me!!
I love you!!
You are my best friend!!
You are important to me!!

I consider that not only unethical but also cruel.

Unless she really doesn't love you (like a sister) then there isn't a point to it. I tell my 2 best friends all the time that I love them. Now I wouldn't go off and tell all my friends that.

Being a guy, if an old guy friend claimed that he loved me, it better be around others that knew us both, say an old classmate from high school at a school Reunion, that would be OK. The same way it's OK for a guy to hug another guy, It better be a nice strait hug with a clean break, no pecks on the lips or any of that J.T.stuff! I would say maybe 5 of my oldest guy friends could get away with it. If said in front of a group of old friends, it would be no problem. If whispered into my ear as the two of us spoke in a private type situation, Problem!

My friends always tell me they love me...it doesn't bother me because I know that everyone is capable of loving many people in many different ways and for many different reasons...There is nothing unethical or cruel about it...there is no need for you to be jealous, just be happy that someone out there has some sort of positive affection for you...

When I run in to a friend who is like this I tend to back away from them. You know they 're not being honest they are just trying to be liked.

My gf tells me all the time that she misses me and that she loves me. I am sure she is telling this to her other gf and family members as well. I think it normal to say this to ALL your friends, if you really mean it.

Are you a lesbian? Because if not, ignore those sort of sentences, because some overly happy people say those things. If you are a lesbian...approach her I guess?
