How's this for obscure:
Tales from the Gimli Hospital
It was directed by Guy Maddin, and it's so weird. He's a Winnipegger like myself so my film class watched it one day. It's in black and white and most of it is in a strange language but you can follow the story anyway.
Memorable scene: in a dream sequence the two main characters have a sumo-like fight that ends in wedgies for both. and this is not a comedy...

Ok, I have two:
1) A Clockwork Orange: Alex is a typical teenage hooligan living in this bizarre film (based of the book). Alex enjoys three thing in life: violence, sex, and Beethoven. Eventually he is caught and put under a new treatment (basically brainwashing) to make him mentally unable to do bad. It then sets up a controversy whether people should be allowed to do bad as part of their agency or wether they should be forced to be good by being unable to do bad.
Hope that made sense. VERY good movie.
2) Terry Gilliam's Brazil: This movie is set in a strange future that is ruled by beauracracy. It follows the life of Sam Lowry, who prefers to live life in obscurity. He then finds the woman of his dreams (literally) and his world turns upside down.
I don't really know how to explain this movie. You should just watch it. This movie is VERY strange but I think you might enjoy it. It's a cult classic. It might be a little hard to find. Try your local video store and look in 'Special Interest' or something along those lines. It's a little obscure.
Geh, I have a whole list of movies popping into my head now. I could e-mail it to you if you want. :P (I know, I'm a movie geek)

I think the most bizarre, twisted movie I have seen is The Company of Wolves. Its kinda like Little Red Ridinghood, but for adults. Not in a porn way, just in a totally strange, do your head in kinda way. It's a little hard to explain, you'll just have to try and watch it.

I'm going to say The Auditon. DO NOT see this movie if you have a weak stomache. I can put up with anything, and I though I was going to throw up watching the torture scenes. Much much worse than hostel. Also, runner up would be Ichi The Killer. Very messed up, but not nearly as bad as The Audition.

Strangeland.
A man is obsessed with piercings and piercing others, hanging them from hooks and things in his home. This movie was filmed in a house less then 8 miles from my home, and it still gives me the creeps to even drive through the neighborhood. And even as a 6' 2", 215 lb 2nd Don Blackbelt, I won't walk in that neighborhood after dark. Very effective, unsettling movie.

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes - The most bizarre and stupid movie ever made. Why were people so scared of tomatoes? The way they killed the tomatoes was very strange. They killed them by playing a song about puberty. It stopped them from moving and the people then started to step on them. Dumb, very dumb.

Ring 1 & 2 because it had allot to twists and things (details) to keep up with. You had to watch every little detail or you would miss what was going on. It was a very creepy, spooky movie.
