If you want a costless way, I'd say don't eat anything with hydrogenated oils, such as, fried foods, fast food, and candy. Eat your vegetables and have a diet high in fiber. Wash your face only twice a day (morning and night). Hair may also cause acne. If it's a problem, tie it back. Sweat is another issue. If you can afford nature's cure for $10, I'd say go for it. It helps.

Go to your local esthetician and ask for Jan Marini The Benzoyl Peroxide line.
My clients have had great sucess with it.
I know it's frustrating, but remember the most important thing is to keep your hands off your face at all times and drink plenty of water. Keep your skin clean too. You will get better with time.

do all the cleansing that people talk about and supplement your diet with a spoon of olive oil each day and wait anywhere from a month to a year for permanent results.
