I have the same problem and I was told my cholesterol was high. I inherited it from my family.
Then I was told I was under a lot of stress. Yes I am for sure so now this is called Panic attacks.
My Dr. told me they couldn't do anything for me and sent me home. That is what happens when you don't have insurance. Soooo For the stress I now take-Valerian root and that started helping after the 3rd day. High Cholesterol take Co Q-10 which has also helped or go see a Dr. For the head aches I took Excedrin. Yes after suffering for 3 months I am now OK.
I hope you don't have the same problems I do but if you do. Well you can try what I did. It worked. All of the above can be found at Wal-Mart .
Or you could be pregnant... Is their any chance of that?

Sounds like pneumonia, you'd better get to a doctor, hurting to breathe is one symptom, that you threw up probably means your stomach can't digest because of the germs in your system, and that headache is lack of oxygen to your brain, get on out to the emergency room they'll fix you and then you'll be ok, I hope you feel better

You could have the flu, but since it hurts to breathe you might even have pneumonia, because that usually happens when there is fluid in the lungs. Go to the doctors tomorrow morning if you don't feel better.
