Have a good personality and look/smell good. Then hang around him and flirt - if interested he'll take it from there.

If he already likes your personality and respects you, that leaves attraction. Dress a little more provacative. Chat about romantic stuff. Ask what he likes about women and then ask if he thinks you have those qualities. Just tell him.
