I strongly recommend that you try Jimbaran Restaurant in Pasar Baru, South Jakarta. It is an excellent restaurant and the food was really delicious. This restaurant is well known by the magnificent taste of it's fish. You should visit the restaurant if you are planning to travel to Jakarta.

You should try The Empire Grill (Jl. Rasuna Said, Kuningan Tel. 835-3968). Why? it's on the 35th floor and it's revolving! wicked experience. try to book the seat on the window so you can see Jakarta from every angle. It's quite expensive though. If you want some cheapie place, try yummy Bakmi gajahmada which you can find everywhere. Ahh.. I miss Indonesian food, talking about that!
