BE YOURSELF!
Years ago someone told me: "Be who you are; if that's all you can be, that's good enough!"
I find in that statement LIBERATION. I don't have to live up to others expectations. There's freedom in being ones best self & THAT IS COOOOOL!!!! :-)

One way to be cool is to know where everybody is going and get there first.May I suggest that you love yourself for who you are and continue to do the right things.Being cool does not mean you follow the so-called in crowd. You set the standards. Know that you do not need someone else's opinion to validate who you are as a person!

I know you've heard it before, but really and truly, be yourself and don't try too hard to be cool. Find out what you really like in life and go after it-people will be attracted to your passion and enthusiasm for what you love. Whatever you do, don't let anyone tell you who you are. And for the record, anyone who cares enough about what others think of them to ask that question already has it in them to be cool, they just don't know it yet.

Do NOT listen to these nerds who are telling you to be yourself, they just want everyone to go "aw oh wow, what a politically correct answer." Not everyone is cool. Be an athlete, or stand out for some special talent. Make lots of friends, and excel at something. God these people are stupid.
All these people who are talking about liberation,etc are NOT cool.

Be yourself. If you have confidence in yourself, it will shine through and everyone will want to be your friend. Keep a smile on your face, be friends with everyone and don't hang out with just one group at school. Spread yourself around. And never, ever talk bad about anyone. You'll see that everyone will want to be your friend.

my daughter is really popular and I guess that means shes cool and all she does is be herself, she always wears what she likes and does what she likes to do. she makes good grades and is considerate of others always tries to help other people. but most of all she doesnt 'try' to be anything shes not. good luck, be yourself.

Be yourself, don't copy no one and don't listen to people who put you down throughout your life and give you ****. Then you'll be cool.
