Nope, they're the real deal. Dr. Laura was an exhibitionist-bimbo. Probably still is, off-air.

True, true, true. Laura Schlesinger was originally a caller on the Bill Ballance "Feminine Forum" program aired over KGBS-AM in Los Angeles. She so charmed him over the phone that they met in person and developed somewhat of a close relationship. Those photos were in Mr. Ballance's private collection until he chose to release them, much to the dismay of Ms. Schlesinger who vented her anger about it over the air in a very animated way.
