What is the best FM Tuner for the iPod (To broadcast iPod signal to FM Radio)?

I have an iPod Video (30GB) and the tuner I purchased for it doesnt work well. Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to purchase a better tuner?

The monster brand one is the best that I know of. I know of more thatn one person who used this brand and really enjoyed it.

I've tried 3 different ones and they all are terrible!
