Flava Flav looks them up and down and says uhhhhhh you look delicious!!!!! I like your booty you are Bootz. They don't get no choice they stuck with his choice for life. The name for Toasty made me laugh because she deserved the name. Everytime they drink they toast.

From my understanding, and granted I am hardly 100 percent knowledgeable on subjects involving flava flav. However, in wall street journal I was reading that in fact he does name them.
So its true, and the doctor was glad he could help.

Flav names them by their characteristic that he picks out when they meet...some may be phisical and some are due to the way they speak and act with him.
