SINCE ONE LITER CONTAINS 1000 MILLILITERS,

382 mill's is 382/1000mills, = 0.382 liters..;)
metric is quite nice to use, because its in multiples of ten..

1 liter = 1 liter
1 liter = 10 deci-liters
1 liter = 100 centi liters
1 liter = 1000 milliliters..

so
x = 0.382 litres
