I just don't think it makes sense. The last girl who won the show left him because she only wanted the publicity and now she got it. I would think Flav would have learned the lesson already. But I guess not.

Flav is looking for love because he got dumped by ummm...what's her name???? The tall short haired lady with an accent???
Anyway...he got dumped by her--and asked VH1 to give him a date to mend his broken heart.
Honestly, I think the man is just old...and wants to settle down now.

the factor is for VH1 to get scores and extra $$$ by sponsors. by doing the teach, flavor Flav gets some lots necessary buzz and exposure approximately him and his music. He already said that he is just looking for someone to kick it with right now (when Bootz told him she was celibate). So, this is definitely not about settling down. I think this is all about money and a so-called career comeback (he's supposed to have a rap CD coming out).

But, I guess he was trying to settle down and start a family. Also, wanted to promote a better image after his other reality tv shows.

He must be getting paid and pressured to do another season. The first show was hot with New York getting spit on. ITs all about the network's ratings. IF you watch the show now, you realize everything on it is "staged." The fights aren't as realistic anymore.
