No, but one of my Mom's cousins was kilt-maker to the Queen Mother before he moved to Canada. He embarassed the family by wearing a kilt all the time, until he encountered his first Canadian winter.

Yes on several occassions, Iived in Windsor and my friend's mother worked in the grounds of Windsor castle. Also sung a specially composed song for her with our school choir, in the town hall, where Charles and Camilla got married recently.
