The New Order record with NO on the front was called Waiting For The Sirens Call rather than NO - The NO was just short for New Order. It wasn't on Factory Records as they had ceased trading at the time and New Order were signed to London records

It's New Order, not No New Order. Their earlier releases were on Factory Records. Check Amazon.com.

"New Order" was a band signed to Factory records. They never made a record called "No New Order" to my knowledge.
