i served 4 years in CYA of camirllo for accessory to first degree murder when i was 13. i was accused of slitting a rival gang members throat and was found an accessory, since i stomped the guys head before his throat was cut. but i had no idea that my homie was going to do what he did, and he was a lot older than me. i was frozen with terror when the man choked to death on his blood, the whole time begging for his mother. i should have only served three years but my first month incarcerated i stabbed my cellie in the face four times. i got off on good behavior and am still on parole. i dropped out of gangbanging but now am hunted by my old crew. i was accused of starting a race riot against the black mob in ventura, and am now facing 10 years. i am only 17 and do not want to spend more time. i want to flee but am completly lost at what to do. please give feedback..

You've led a pretty rough life already and I think that you need to take a time out, a deep breath and make the decision to give it up and make something out of your life. You are young enough you can put all this behind you and start over. Do the time cause if you are out there loose I fear that some of these characters will end up taking your life and you will just keep messing up. These prisons have programs you can enroll in to help you get on the right track. Just cause you are facing 10 yrs don't mean you'll serve that many. I really care about you and hope you'll do ok.

You need to accept the whole truth of your situation and stop playing any blame games. Find a spiritual counsellor to help you. Stewing in your own miseries without the moral support of someone who is not immersed in that black world you're in will help you alot. If you are free within yourself, not even the prison walls can keep you from finding peace. Even if you were outside of prison, you would be a condemned man if you don't make the choice to start NOW on the path to your own internal peace. You can do it.... you just have to want it bad enough. But you really need to be a man this time.

As strange as it may seem, you should stop being so self centered. Up till now, almost every waking moment of your life has been about you, in your eyes. Take your punishment, and spend your time thinking how you can serve the interests of others. I know you believe this advice to be crazy, but if you really take the time to analyze yourself, you will be on the right track. The more time you spend caring for others, the more others will care for you, I promise!

you a scrap aintcha. Don't worry scraps are bi tch enough to let it go sometimes. I know a scrap girl said she "used to bang", what kind of bullshit is that? It's either you bang or you don't. Now that I've said that, if you're to worried about that, can't come up in the game, regret bein a scrap, move to the east coast, or another country, forget califa and whatever you knew about it, forget your homiez they don't want you, the enes will get you. your blood related familia wont' be able to do nothing. 1. change your name
2. ask your parole officer to let you relocate out of state due to your situation unless that is a bad thing.. i.e. inciting more actions.
3. just let things happen.. if they find you and kill you.. well that is that.. people die when they die.
I'm not going to suggest fleeing or killing your old gang cause that may get you into more issues.
All in all you could try to resolve your issues with your old gang persons..

Seek professional help, and hopefully you find God in your hearts. Knowing something is wrong with you and accepting help will lead you out of this shitty life you are leading now. Dont despair. Keep on helping yourself. Nothing is ever hopeless.

I'd probably run like hell and figure out the rest as I went along. And one more thing - I'd strongly recommend an anger management class somewhere along the way.
