help i got a container from a party i order that i believe is used the foil is not all the way around the rim if it was new wouldn't it and where does the liquid come up to when new? on the word herbal.? above or below or in the middle ?what color is it? the lady that brought it by thought it spilt why would it do that new ? and where did the liquid go it wasn't in the bag? i think it was used at the party .

Well that's OK if a little was used at the Party!!!
You still have and get to use the rest of the product!!!!
