I am not sure where you are but look i the phone book and look for charitable organizations, try calling them, if they cant they might know someone that can, most areas have an Emergency Service Center that assists people, sometimes they are Leary about helping of they think you cant maintain it after that. In that case you may need assistance from your welfare agency. Please go there. It is temporary....... If you work now you just need it for a short time to get straightened out. Good Luck and Jesus knows your problems, ask him for help as well and sit and watch what he can and will do for you. Be Blessed!!!

Another option not noted above is credit cards. Most all utilities will accept payment by credit card.

f this is a longer term struggle, check with welfare and the state as noted above. Look for options - for example you might be able to get a high speed internet connection with Vonage and the cheapest accompanying cable package for the same as your phone bill and Inet provider. You can also check with the utility companies. Many offer payment assistance for those who qualify, particularly the gas and electric company.

No one likes to go here, but welfare will help. Emergency assistance. If the case worker you deal with says no, don't leave until someone helps. In most states, if you have children, they will not disconnect you. Call your utility companies as well.
