Start with the patent office.
Next learn how to spell fusion.
Third, place your finger, preferably not tongue, on the inside of a bare metal ice box. Leave it there and voila - cold fusion.

in all risk.....yet not the way you think of. one thank you to get alot of means out of a nuclear reaction without alot of entropy, would be to compress it. Compressing it might make the reaction itself chilly yet generate ALOT of warmth. it is nearly like an air conditioner, purely in opposite.
