I had it too..I found out at 33 that I had a hormonal balance which I needed progesterone..do you have mood swings? If so, INSIST on a saliva test to test for hormonal imbalance, NOT a blood test..they will try and do that first..cheaper for them....saliva is MORE accurate for sure. Also, doc said that more women are diagnosed with depression and most of the time its a hormonal imbalance which alone can make u suicidal if they are not perfectally in sync..check it out !

I would go a whole year and not have a period then it changed to a period 2 times a month and sometimes I would just skip a month my doctor put me on the pill to get me regular ,it works .I was queen of p.m s all the time lol

Wake up same time, reduce stress, eat 3 meals a day, make sure u have enough body fat or u will miss periods. You can go on the birth control pill ,low dose. i take alless to regulate menstrual cycles.that should do it.

Go on a low dose birth control pill. Take 21 pills (standard dose) and you'll have a period the week you go off.
