my friend and i were caught smoking on the school campus and the cop gave us a ticket and we had to go to the court, but we didnt show up because we didn't know how much we had to pay and we didn't have any money, so
Q1: have anyone of u ever missed the court?
Q2: what would happen if i ignore the court?
Q3: what should i do next? how to and can i arrange for another date for the court?
Q4: do i really have to dress proper for going to the court? cuz i'm some sort of rock chick and u know the way i dress
Q5:how's the procedure for appearing to the court? i mean what will i face inside the court and in front of the judge?
Q6: how much for the fine for smoking usually? what if i didnt bring enough money?

do u think they will go to my house and arrest me just for a smoking ticket? i wonder how many people miss the court like i do out there and the cops really go over all the cases and take action?

Never missed court before, you'll get screwed even worse if you skip the date. Yes, go to court immediately and dress nicely. Trust me dude, in the long run you'll get screwed it always happens I had a lot of stoner friends in high school. If you don't have enough money you won't be forced to pay at once but the judge will likely set a deadline.

Q1. No I havent ever missed court or got arrested etc.
Q2. It depends what country you're in if you ignore court, I think you get in trouble.
Q3. What country are you in? There should be details about it or a phone number on your court summonds.
Q4. Yes you do have to dress propper. Very neat. Usually guys wear suits etc. You could even hire something, neat black pants, skirt, neat top. I know you won't like it because it's not what you usually wear, but it's only for a few hours, go straight to the toilets & get changed after! It may be worth it because it may help you get off. Just play all innocent, just say oh but I never smoke it's disgusting, I just had one drag & I'll never do it again I've learnt my lesson.
Q5. Sorry I'm not much help I dono. I think you appear in front of a judge or something or a jury.
Q6. depends what country you're in. Where I am in Australia I didnt know there was a fine, usually the school would just tell you off give you a detention, they usually give you the fine to take away

You're in luck...Listen...carefully. You are more than likely in contempt of Court in your county, state. So, I would recommed that you call the Court house and gets the Judges address. Write him a very humble apology for missing your Court date, explain why you missed it and ask if he would (ask humbley) redirect you to what can me done next.
Remeber the whole time you are on the phone you will be talking to the Judicial Assistant (a/k/a JA) (if you place a follow up call to your letter, talk to here as if she is the Judge and ask for her "expertise". She will be very helpful. J.A.s can work with you or against you so be POLITE.
I bet you will get this resolved in no time.

P.P.S. You may want to get an attorney, shortly (within 5 days from now, and save a copy of your letter) after you sent a letter to the Judge.

i never missed court
if you ignore court they will put out a warrant for your arrest or depending on how bad it is an officer will come to your home
you should have arranged another date for court BEFORE you missed it, it willbe harder to reschedule now
well, rock chick or not, you will have to have to dress not nice, but "appropriately" youll have to tuck in your shirt and wear pants or a skirt. no shorts, flip flops, nothing
when i went to court, it was only a misdemeanor, and i was in a room with about 50 ppl, and we all got in front of the judge one by one, he asked us questions, and gave us our sentences( mine was 6 mo probation, 50 hrs community service, and about $2000 in fines)
you will have to mail the money in, i dont think they take it there at the court house. i had to give all my money to my PO
oh if you are a minor i think your 'rents have to go with you. but your punishment wont be so bad

The judge isn't one that wants cash on demand like NOW!
Explain to the judge that the officer made a mistake. You were not caught smoking. You were caught sucking (and blowing).

The court might have ruled you GUILTY by default. But really it depends on your state or local rules.
