It depends on the current popularity of a subject. I included a list below, it doesn't seem to have any real reason for the phrases. Though you can get a sense of what people were looking for. If you search for "niche keywords" in google, yahoo or msn you can get a list of sites which provides a list of keywords stuff. But you should understand one thing. If you know the maximum payout adsense topic or keyword will you give it to everyone or u keep urself and make money. The same thing happens in those website.
