Home microdermabrasion systems really work and are fairly inexpensive. Sally Beauty have some for around 40 dollars. The chemical peels are great also but are more expensive.

Try Retin A, but you need a prescription. But it's been used successfully in the treatment of acne, too. You NEED a sunscreen, though, EVERY DAY ALL THE TIME! Mederma is another product that helps get rid of scars.

If your cousin still has oily skin, more oil really isn't going to help. Using a mild salicylic acid toner would help there.

Want to camouflage it? Reduce the redness with a beige acne cream.

if you want to save money, and dont want to try anything harmful, i'd suggest using egg whites. Use the eggwhites of 2 eggs and apply it all over your face. leave it for around 10minutes. it not only gets rid of pimple scars, it prevents new pimples ! do it 3 or 4 times a week (:

go to a day spa.... chemical peels help somewhat, although the best would be surgery.

Chemical peels are acids applied to the face (don't worry, it isn't as bad as it sounds). A couple of days later, your outer layer of skins begins to peel off, leaving new skin.

It really does help. I have had them myself (to remove wrinkles).
