Yes but that is also true for a lot of the questions asked here. It is easier to just ask here then to do it themselves and if there is someone who will sit at their computer all day and night and do the research for them they will continue to ask. But I would say that even some of the questions that some on the non kids ask on here could be answered with just a little reasearch and as long as yahoo answers has been up and going I am sure that there are already a lot of similair answers as well as questions about a lot of the things people ask about on here.

That is not necessarily the case. An important aspect of education is knowing where to look for assistance when one needs help. There is nothing wrong with receiving help if one has attempted to solve a problem yet been unable to do so. It is more important to know where to look for the correct answer than relying on questionable ability.

Yeah it's stupid! But it's their own fault when they get an F for not understanding the "REAL WORK" behind it all... teachers understand who and how they got their answers! So yeah KIDS watch out... ur teacher can be on this thing seeing whats really going on.. hehe... Kids all i gotta say is if you NEED help that's kewl, if you come on here to get it ... that's kewl... but make sure you ask the ppl to actually EXPLAIN things in detail so that you can actually UNDERSTAND whats going on!

Yahoo really ought not to have this feature. It only encourages cheating, bad personal habits, lying and future failure.
I often give the questioners false answers that sound correct so that if they use these 'creations" of mine, they will learn very quickly to do their homework themselves instead of replying on the marketplace of ideas.
