The camelia that I have found to tolerate cold is called "Snow Flurry". 'Snow Flurry' has been tested at minus ten degrees Fahrenheit without suffering damage, so it can be successfully gardened down to zone 6. Proper mulching in preparation for winter temperatures is a necessity.

Another very hardy, cold tolerant camelia is "Frost Princess", a beautiful pink and lavender double flowering plant.

Hope this helps, they are fabulous plants!
