Think of the boss who is disorganized, and very very rude, condescending and sneaks around trying to catch you doing something you shouldn't be doing, like catching a quick smoke in a 2 minute break, she's jealous of your organizational skills, without lowering yourself to her level you continue in your professional way and show her up so that she picks and picks on you, degrades you, insults you and refuses you your requests for vacation or time off in lieu of missed lunch breaks, questions what you are doing while on overtime, thus your integrity is questioned etc etc Need I go on? She is one very annoying be atch. No one on answers is a smidgen close to her. I have the most annoying boss in the world. She went on vacation today for 3 weeks. Heaven!! No be atching from her. It'll be like a holiday without her every day and a pleasure to go in instead of dragging in like I'm going to the guillottine. The rest of the team also feel like I do. Does anyone have any ideas how we can get rid of her? I should ask this question in relationships I suppose. Thanks for giving me the outlet to vent. I feel lots better!!
