what are the peeping Tom Laws??? if he is in his own yard and looking in a minors bedroom window, is that illegal? or does he have to be in my yard for it to be illegal, also what are some good inexpensive ways to catch them in the act??? there was an incident that happened yesterday night and I need to protect my family......I don't want to call the cops till I have hard evidence, and I don't want my neighbor to know I know or else he might change his game plan.

shut the curtains and turn off the lights, that much is obvious. go ahead and call the police and ask them to watch. and why not let him know you're on to him, stare back at him, for God's sake. you want him to stick with his game plan and cause your children further emotional harm? I was the victim of a voyeur as a teen and when I told my mom about it, she just didn't believe it. I wish someone would have confronted this guy and put an end to it. It might not be illegal, but it's immoral and degrading.

Set up a video recorder so you can catch him.
Oh and you need to call the police to make a record of your complaint

Go to the police and have them set up a surveilance camera. Or use a camcorder of your own, or borrowed. This could lead to something more serious. If I were there I could kick his *** for you!!.

you could call the police the next time you think he's watching through your window. sign a warrant to have him arrested through the police when they come or just go to the sheriffs office and do it the next day. that'll have the guy arrested and he'll have to go to court. warrants about $30 BTW
