I knew a guy that that happened to and it was because he had gonarea i know it's nasty and all but you gotta get it checked out. No matter what it is it can't be good.

you have pulled it too hard!! but actually, the inside of the penis is lined with very thin skin and it tears really easily. might want to mention to your doctor.
