cant sleep maybe becuse i just miss my husband laying next to me

Your day nap must not be more than 30mins.

10-15 mins jog in the afternoon and
warm milk will help before you sleep might improves your sleep.
And dont get your stomach full of food.
Just lay back relax listen to some songs
With cool nice ambient room temperature.

Apart from that i take some supplement which has (valerian,hops and passion flower) really improves my sleeping pattern. Doesnt make me feel groggy during my work. Anyway if you would like to know more about the supplement just email me chillchillo@yahoo.com.sg

Valerian root works well, as does melatonin. I myself think valerian root is better. You can also try going to bed at the same time every night, turn the lights out, etc... but I myself can't do that because I get anxious with the light out. I usually read or do a crossword puzzle until I pass out. When all else fails, I will take valerian root or melatonin.

Dear I am a medical doctor,
first don't make it your utmost problem
second, don't sleep during day times
Third, pull out any interfering like your cell phone ,lights etc..
4th , hot shower and a comfortable dress
5th , revise what you have done during ur day and classify it as good or bad Cuz ignoring them will not clear them out of mind
6th shortly plan for your tomorrow

I have the same problem, i found that Melatonin really helps me. I wouldnt really consider it a medication, more like a supplement. Its a natural hormone and it just helps me to relax more and then fall asleep. You can find it in the vitamin section at most stores.

Try some chamoille tea, or warm milk, make it chocolate it tastes better. Also you know you can talk to him even if he isnt there. Tell him how you feel
