I'd go with Tom Brady over Pennington. Buffalo defense is 3rd in fantasy right now, while Denver is doing horribly.
Running back- Shaun Alexander, just because he's Shaun Alexander
RB/WR- I'd say go with Taylor. Even though he is facing THE BEARS, he should be getting a lot of carries.
WR- i like Reggie Wayne this week. He's playing the Jags and should get and much receptions as Harrison. Harrison will be covered by Rasheed Mathis so Wayne should be a better target for Peyton.
WR2- This one is up for grabs. But i'd go with Darrell Jackson.
The Giants secondary got owned last week by the Eagles.
TE- Go with Alge Crumpler. Desmond Clark should have more touchdowns, but got them stolen by the other TE.

Keep Chad Pennington and don't get Tom Brady. Pennington has 625 passing yards, 4TD, 1INT, and a rating of 107.1 while Brady has 383 passing yards, 3TD, 2INT and a rating of 77.6. Brady even admit that it's going to be tough without Deion Branch. Pennington is perfect for right now seeing how he's going against the Bills. Keep your RB. For WR you should get Jerricho Cotchery because if Coles doesn't recover in time he will be No. 1 WR for them and will get the ball a lot. Keep Reggie Wayne because he's going to stack up a lot of yards this season seeing how he's doing so far. Then I guess you can keep Terry Holt because he is the No. 1 WR for that team but the problem with him is that the Rams hasn't been doing good with their passing game. Finally for your TE I'll go with Desmond Clark because Alge Crumpler plays with Michael Vick who throws very few times and when he does thrown it isn't going to be Crumpler unless he as to. Now for Desmond Clark if Grossman is honest about relying on Clark more in 2006, then he's in line to have his best season ever

I have Tom Brady on my team and I will be starting him over Michael Vick who is clearly better than Chad Pennigton. So... start Brady.
Bench Chester Taylor as well. He's playing a tough defense. The bears are especially good at the run. You should start Darrel Jackson with Holt and Wayne.
Jerricho Cotchery is probably a one week wonder. Don't keep him on your bench after this week if he does not perform at all. Pick up some other random.

QB - Pennington is much hotter at the moment, but his injury makes him a game time decision for you.
RB - good
WR - good
TE - Desmond Clark. Crumpler is still nursing his wounds.

I would stick with what you have, just keep an eye on Shaun Alexander he is banged up and did not practice today. He is listed as probable. The only other possibility would be a QB change. Its a toss up.

Brady
Alexander
Taylor
Holt
Jackson
Crumpler
In fact, I'd stick with that lineup for pretty much the whole year except for bye weeks.
