While I agree it could just be an issue that can be resolved with KY Jelly, you may also want ask your partner to change from a latex condom to a sheep skin or some other non latex variety. Yes they can be more expensive but until in the long run it could be well worth it.
Plus ask your partner to help stimulate you some while in the act. Yes it can be embarrassing but explain it to him before hand so he knows what it going on. He could find it a real turn on. Also explain it to him in some other room than the bedroom 30 seconds before the act. Make sure he knows it has nothing to do with him and or how much you want to be with him.
The extra moisture may also help him.
Now I do have something else to say. Sorry this reply is sooooo long. I am NOT trying to scare you with the following information. But you do need to think about it.
You DO want to ask your doctor either family or ob/gyn about the issue at your next appointment. Latex allergies can be LIFE THREATENING and can come on suddenly.
I personally know an surgery scrub nurse whom always had worn latex gloves in surgery. On Tuesday she was fine and wore latex gloves off and on all day in surgery. On Wed she put on the first pair for the first surgery of the day, she had a really bad reaction and unexpectedly became the first case of the day in surgery because they had to do life saving measures to save her.
Now you are going to say this is a extreme case and she wore latex all day long which is true BUT latex allergies can come on suddenly. Some people are exposed to more latex on a routine bases then they realize. For SOME people the latex expose builds up in their system and the next time they are exposed to latex they could get very very sick very very suddenly.
So again maybe it would be better to ask your partner to change brands until you know 100% what is going on with your body. And try the KY jelly. Also in adult stores/web sites you can find flavored/scented types of lubricate that can do the same thing and increase the fun had by both of you.
Best of luck

It can be normal. It could be you not really being interested in the person or the activity but you didn't say anything about that so I'll rule that out. I would say if it were the latex you would be getting irritation.
Not a big deal just buy some KY or Astroglide.

Use a lubricant. The normalcy of it really depends on your age, your hormones, whether or not your man is turning you on (emotionally as well as physically), whether there is a fan blowing right at you (I know that one from experience, heh!). The dryness is most likely what is making you sore, but you could be having an allergy too. An allergy would most likely cause itching and possibly a rash or bumps or sores. If that's the case, see your doc to be sure it's nothing else.

I think you need to try some extra lubrication. Condoms can make you sore if you don't have enough lubrication. Its normal so don't worry
