Ok I just graduated from college and I have been looking for work. I have an interview in the morning for my dream job but when I got home today I got a call back from a place I interviewed at last week. It was a panel interview so I am pretty sure it was not a call for a second interview but for a job offer. What do I do when I call tomorrow? Do I accept or what. I really want the job I am applying for tomorrow but I won’t know if I get it for at least a week. I don’t want to accept then quit when and if I get this job.
i don't want to accept then quit in a week. my interview in the morning is at 9 am so i can't call the other job back to hear their offer till after that

Just wait and call after the interview. You should be able to tell from the interview how well it went. If it went good, don't call...bad, call. If you aren't sure wait. If you take the job then quit when you get the other job it'll look bad and it could come back to haunt you. Never burn your bridges, you might need to cross them later!

take the job that best suits your needs for now and has the best opportunity to teach you new skills as well as the one you already have learnt there is no harm going and seeing what the job yet to be interviewed in voles and is about choose the one you feel more comfortable in Begin IE people work area distance from home etc and hey good luck with which ever one you choose your one of the lucky few who has more than one offer some people have to take what they can get

I'd hold out for the Dream Job, I know it is scary to turn down the for sure thing, but if you have a shot at getting the job you really want go for it! If you take the other job you will be unhappy and regret never trying to get the one you really wanted. And why suffer with a job you don't want if you don't have to.Go for it!
