Depending on the way the teacher is wanting you to research the movie, you may consider:

1) The Disney film, "101 Dalmatians". Maybe the 1961 original version since there are some very interesting facts, such as the estimate that nearly 1,218,750 pencils were consumed by artists during the course of production.
Here is more information about it:

2) Presidential films make for interesting research possibilities. "The American President" shows the insights if a President happens to be single. In real life, John Tyler was the first President to become widowed and remarried while in office. Michael Douglas in the movie is widowed and then plans to remarry, too. Maybe you'd like to compare the two.

3) Movies from real life. "Hoosiers" or the recent "Glory Road" for example. These reflect a sports theme about the underdog making good.

Good luck on your research -- have FUN with it, and get an A!

Want an "A"? Then look up "Some like it Hot" Regarded by many as the funnest movie ever made. Plot Outline: When two musicians witness a mob hit, they flee the state in an all female band disguised as women, but further complications set in. An old one but very good. Another good one "Lawrence of Arabia". Also look up " Citizen Kane" This movie is considered the best ever made by many. I know these are old movies but they are considered some of the best ever. Classics does not do them Justus! Check them out, rent them..... I think you will like them.
